 Green Soup Recipe:
==================

Aspharagus - 1/2 bunch (Tender & fresh)
Spinach   - 2cups (or even more)
Broccoli  - 2 big florets(including tender stems)
Kale (Optional) - 3 twig

To Saute:
----------
butter stick -1/2
Red Onion -1 (If it is big,2 if it is small) Finely chopped
Garlic - Finely chopped
Pepper corn - 2 TeaSpoon
Cumin seeds - 2 TeaSpoon
Turmeric powder - a generous pinch
Salt
water

Preparation Method:
---------------------
1. Cut Aspharagus,spinach,broccoli & Kale.
2. Melt Butter(a little to saute). Add pepper corns, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric & then all the above greens.
3. Saute it for 3-4 minutes in medium flametill it is half cooked. Let it cool for sometime.
4. Put it in a blender / mixie & grind it coarsely.
5. Melt the remaining butter.
6. Saute the onion & garlic till it becomes translucent.
7. Add the ground greens with enough water and salt.
8. Switch off when froth starts forming on the surface. Do not boil as it will not taste good.

Some suggestions:
------------------
1. No Need to fine chop. Medium cut is enough.
2. Don't add water to blend / grind since it will make the greens to grind smooth. we dont want that consistency.
3. No need to saute the onion till it gets brown.
4. Add less water. it shouldn't be watery as like other soups. This soup will taste better when it is little thick.
